About
The founder.
James is the founder of Velocity Leadership, following three and a half years as Head of Talent at a Tier 1 venture firm, where he advised hundreds of founders across a portfolio of 600+ companies.
Before venture capital, James was an executive search consultant at two leading European firms, placing executives across the continent. He then joined a B2B SaaS startup as a Product Manager.
The combination of executive search, product management and venture capital is an unusual one — and it's exactly what drives the approach at Velocity.
